Fiji Day Presenters Update

Fiji Day is on this Saturday at Granville Oval at Montrose Ave, Merrylands.
Doors open to the publice at 9am to 6pm ($5 entry fee)

As Fab suggestion how about we meet at 9am at the Macdonalds (right next door to the oval) have a cupper and chat/plan about how we want to do it .. depending on who turns up will determine our camera time etc.. dont forget to bring anything you may need pen, pad.. water,,whatever.

then we can move across at 10am..

there is alot happening and you will be able to interview celebs also... we can line that up no probs.. fun fun

Presenters at the Fiji Day 2006

I mentioned to some of you already about this which is voluntary for a community event and I thought it would be a good opportunity for us get experience.

Background:
Fiji Day is an annual event that celebrates Fiji's Independence day. It is basically a fair with food and craft stalls, sporting events and cultural entertainment throughout the day..

What, When & Where??
Between 8-10,000 people attending at Granville Oval on the 7th of October 2006.
I have arranged for a camera man with a pro camera to film the event from 10am to 4pm.

You Role:
Create approx 5 minute stories and I will give some ideas but you can basically do a story on whatever you want to on the day that you think an audience would be interested in. Interview people and guests, food, cultural dancers so would be alot of story line to discover, explore and make it your own. This will be edited used for future promotions ( It may appear on Fiji TV and SBS) and off course you get a copy for yourself.

Most of all we can all have fun playing on the day!!!!

After 8 Saturdays it was hard for me not to miss hanging out with you guys and enjoying another intense day of our presenting course.
